Autorenta.com is an INTERMEDIARY between the Customer/User and the Car Rental companies.

Autorenta.com will act solely and exclusively as an INTERMEDIARY, providing car rental booking services through its website. Once bookings are confirmed by Autorenta.com, the intermediary service provided by Autorenta.com will be concluded, as these services will be provided directly to the Customer/User by the Car Rental Companies.

The rates for services indicated on Autorenta.com are provided directly by the Car Rental Companies and are subject to the rental policies, terms, and conditions (availability, rates, changes, modifications, restrictions, and/or cancellations) determined by each Car Rental Company listed on Autorenta.com.

It is the responsibility of the Customer/User to be aware of the rental policies, terms, and conditions, as well as the requirements for renting a vehicle. Autorenta.com is not responsible for any situation that may arise due to non-compliance or lack of knowledge of these.

Promotional Terms and Conditions: 10% discount on the base rate for prepay of international bookings in the United States (applies to participating locations that can be booked and prepaid for through this platform). Does not apply to payment at the destination or to the Laredo office.

Valid only for new bookings with prepay. Discount applicable for bookings made from September 20, 2024, to October 4, 2024. Discount applicable for bookings for travel from September 20 to December 10, 2024. Non-refundable rate. International advance payment rates are valid only for residents in Mexico, Latin America & the Caribbean. The discount is automatically applied to the base rate through the official channels https://autorenta.com/. The discount cannot be accumulated or combined with other promotions or coupons. Bookings and prepayments must be made exclusively through the official channels at least 48 hours before the local rental start time. One-way fees, protections/coverages, optional products, additional services, and/or taxes/charges not included in the applied booking rate cannot be prepaid and must be paid directly by the customer at the end of the rental.

The Customer must meet and present the rental requirements regarding age (over 25 years), original physical documents; official identification with photo, physical driver's license, and credit card with their name printed or embossed.

Discount subject to availability of the vehicle group/category desired at the time of booking and may not be available at some rates. No changes or modifications to bookings can be made on the Autorenta platform; any changes or modifications must be requested directly via email at [email protected]. If after making the prepay, a change or modification to the booking is required and it results in an increase in the rate, the difference must be paid via electronic transfer or PayPal. If after making the prepay, a change or modification to the booking is required and there is a decrease in the rate, the difference will be issued as a credit voucher for use in a future booking.

Cancellations of the booking up to 48 hours before the local rental start time will incur no charge. Cancellations between 48 and 36 hours before the local rental start time will result in a credit of 80% of the total prepayment made to the card used. Cancellations after 36 hours before the local rental start time will not receive any credit or refund. Cancellations due to the Customer/User not meeting the rental requirements will not receive any credit or refund. Failure to pick up the vehicle at the date and time indicated in the booking (No Show) will not receive any credit or refund.
